Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility for Returns: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Non-returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or washed. For hygiene reasons, underwear sets are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us contact@unicornwhisperer.co to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@unicornwhisperer.co with photos of the issue and we will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
